Castaway Cay

(Sorry we are a little behind on the blog)

Today (Thursday) was our day at Castaway Cay, Disney's very own island in the Bahamas. The cruise ship offers amazing amenities, but it was so nice to walk along the beach, feel the sand between our toes and swim in the clear blue ocean water.

The kids enjoyed swinging across the monkey bars over the water, April & Matt went down a water slide into the ocean, but mostly April & Fiona loved floating in the water with Caden and playing in the sand.

It was also fun watching Dylan and Olivia splash in the water and soak up the sunshine. April & Fiona were excited about their treasures from the souvenir shop, purchased with money from Granny for Christmas.

When we awake tomorrow morning we will be back in Miami, where we will disembark and hug and kiss our family goodbye again (except Do & Papa who will be continuing on with us on our journey).
